Independent. These traits are running amok everywhere we look. But constantly operating this way can leave women feeling exhausted, burdened, uncared for, inauthentic, and empty. In this session we’ll explore how embracing feminine traits is actually a benefit for your career and overall sense of well being. We’ll also discuss how to incorporate more of these characteristics in your day to day professional life.

This session is for any woman who has embraced more masculine character traits for career success, but feels internally as if something is out of balance or inauthentic. As if she has left something fundamentally her out of her career equation and wishes to explore some possibilities.

This is a group coaching session through Zoom. Therefore, there will be multiple women on the call. If there is a small number of women (10 or less) you’ll be expected to be on camera. This allows for a better bonding experience and allows the coach and participants to read and understand emotional cues and whether there is resonance among the group.
If there are more than 10 women participants the coach will disable participant video and you’ll only see the coach talking.
The is an interactive session. Participants will receive a workbook after their registration. Short periods of time during the session will be devoted to workbook exercises.
All participants can ask questions of the coach through the Q&A.
This is a safe space. Racism, bigotry, intolerance, sarcasm, rudeness, bullying, bad behavior overall will not be tolerated. A participant who exhibits any of these characteristics will be removed from the session immediately.
This session is only for women. Men will be removed.
