  • Our personalized coaching services and group coaching programs (when available) are for women who are currently at executive levels within their organizations and are seeking support. Our coaching is also for executive women who have separated from their organization and wish for support during their transition.

    Citrine Coaching for Women is a global company. Its coaching and resources are for women across the world, working across sectors.

  • We coach professionals women like athletes. We combine a mind-centered approach before, during, and after the implementation of strategic professional behavioral.

    Unlike other executive coaching we don’t just discuss behavioral changes. Research is clear that behavioral changes without current mindset observation and modification, are unsustainable for the long-term. Therefore we focus a great deal on our clients’ current and ideal professional identities and how to bridge those gaps, before working on specific professional strategies. It’s not just what we do that set’s us apart—it’s also how we do it.

  • We offer personalized coaching and group coaching when available.

    Our individualized coaching allows greater opportunity for you and your coach to explore the fears, confusion and uncertainties holding you back. Then we create mental and personalized professional strategies to help work through your barriers so you can lead how you really want to.

    This deep work creates the foundations for success while also providing you the accountability you need to help you forward.

  • A lot of executive coaches in the market have actually never been executives. But Citrine’s founder has been in executive leadership across two sectors, culminating into a CEO position. Therefore, she has actual lived knowledge and experience of what it is to lead an organization.

    Other executive coaching programs focus solely on behavioral changes. However, our coaching focuses on mindset and thought patterns first. Without first observing and addressing the mind; behavioral changes, if achieved at all, are only temporary. Our founder is interested in your long term success, not a quick dollar and a temporary fix for your career.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form to schedule a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

  • When beginning coaching we recommend weekly visits for at least 3 months, but the ideal is 6 months. The reason for this level of commitment is twofold.

    A 6 month commitment allows the time necessary for full development of our process.

    Secondly, coaching research has verified that longer coaching relationships create more trust, freeing the client to be more open, to the process overall.

    After six months, the continued length of your coaching will depend on you and your coach. Ultimately the goal of personalized coaching is to help you move through the fears, restraints, confusion or uncertainties you had, and provide you with the tools should they arise again. Therefore, once you or your coach believe you have met the former and the latter, it’s probably time for coaching to end. However, other individuals may want to continue their coaching for longer periods of support.

    There is a caveat however. After your three or six month period it may become obvious with some clients that they neither have the space (for whatever reason) or drive for this work. We will never suggest prolonging coaching if that is the case. We do not believe in wasting a coach or a coachee’s time, energy or resources.

  • Citrine resources are written and directed to women who are currently at executive levels. However there are exceptions to this.

    Regardless, our paid and free resources are available to any woman at any point in her career, unlike our coaching services.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page. We attempt to respond quickly—usually within two business days.

  • After you purchase a downloadable digital product, you’ll have access to download your purchase right away from your web browser. 

    You’ll also receive a confirmation email to the address you provided at check-out, and a follow-up email, containing a link to the digital product you purchased. Please check your spam mail as it may have gone there.

    The link to your file purchase expires within 24 hours of the purchase. However, if you click the expired link (or old email) a new email will be sent to you with a new download link for your purchase (that will again expire within 24 hours).

    If you are still having issues. You can contact us directly at our support page, and we can manually send the download link to you.

  • Sustainability is very important to the founder of Citrine. Therefore, not all pdf downloads are printable.

    1. Purchased downloads are printable.

    2. Free tools are not printable.

    However, you may save your pdf purchase on any of your devices so it will always be available to you.

    Furthermore, you can fill in your work and insights directly into the PDF , if it’s applicable to the download.

  • No. You do not have to create an account to make purchases. However, a customer account tracks current and future purchases (as well as appointments). When you create an account, your name, email and payment method (if you desire) are kept secure through Squarespace, Citrine’s website provider.

    For any future purchases, creating an account makes checkout easier and faster.

  • Make sure you have already created an account. If you know that you have, and you have forgotten your password: 1) click “login”, at the bottom of the dialogue box, 2) click “forgot password” and follow the remaining steps. An email will be sent to you to reset your password. Please remember to check your spam if you have not received the email.

    If you have forgotten the email address associated with your account, please contact us directly at our support page.

  • Any information learned about you during the coaching process is confidential and Citrine will not provide any information to third parties without your express written consent.

    However, for legal purposes coaching confidentiality is not absolute unlike a licensed therapist (although even they have exceptions). Nonetheless, Citrine will endeavor to keep your confidentiality within the bounds of the law.

    If you subscribe to our newsletter, download or purchase any of our products we do not share your information with third parties. Your name and email are kept in-house for our marketing purposes.

    Our web provider, Squarespace, does not provide Citrine with your address or credit card number when you make purchases.
