Danielle Shelton-Walczak Named One of the Best Career Coaches in Minneapolis 2026

Danielle Shelton-Walczak has been recognized by Digital Reference as one of the Best Career Coaches in Minneapolis for 2026. An independent, research-driven distinction honoring the Twin Cities' most credible and results-oriented coaching professionals.

Released on March 2, 2026, the Digital Reference list stands apart from paid directories and popularity rankings. Selection is based on a comprehensive evaluation of each coach's professional credentials, LinkedIn experience, thought leadership, website transparency, and the real-world alignment between their coaching methodology and measurable client outcomes. Featured coaches demonstrate deep fluency in the Minneapolis, St. Paul and Bloomington market, including its corporate headquarters culture, healthcare and medical device sector, nonprofit ecosystem, and evolving hybrid leadership landscape.

Danielle was specifically recognized for her expertise in:

  • Women's executive advancement strategy

  • Board-readiness coaching

  • Executive communication and influence

  • Organizational leadership alignment

"I'm truly grateful to be included on this independent, unsolicited list," said Danielle. "It reflects the work I do to help leaders rise into the roles and rooms where they belong."

Digital Reference highlighted Danielle's direct contribution to succession planning and leadership pipeline diversification within Minneapolis-based corporations — work that sits at the intersection of executive coaching and organizational strategy.

In addition to her specialized focus on women's executive leadership, Danielle partners with corporations, nonprofits, public sector organizations, and mission-driven institutions to deliver transformative coaching at every level.
