Together, we’ll gently uncover the stress, anxiety, and patterns that are depleting your well-being, and replace them with sustainable habits that support your physical, mental, and emotional health.

What’s inside the coaching:
1 ½ -2 hour initial coaching session
Two, 30 minute coaching sessions per month (exclusive of the initial coaching session)
Nervous system regulation practices of your choosing, focusing on: mental clarity; physical vitality; identity ownership; self nurture; personal empowerment; emotional strength; or reset and intention.
Personalized habit design rooted in your real-life schedule
