OUR SESSIONS WILL BE
PERSONALIZED
Our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing where you are professionally, and how you currently feel emotionally, mentally, and physically on your leadership journey. Then we’ll discuss your future professional goals.
TARGETED
Everyone has pain points when it comes to achieving professional aspirations. I’ll work closely with you to help identify and overcome your triggers, and how they may be showing up in the Principles of Leadership Advancement. Then, we’ll create a personalized plan to fit your unique needs & goals.
INTEGRATIVE
Since achieving professional success is more than title and money, I’ll guide you toward other helpful practices to help you gage whether your joy, mental and physical health remain intact.
HOW YOU’LL FEEL
CLEAR, CONFIDENT, & AWARE OF HOW TO OBTAIN TRUE SUCCESS

MEET YOUR COACH
So often women are afraid to admit to themselves and others that they want to be leaders. It’s hard for women to vocalize they believe an organization or an industry would be better off if they had a say, or better yet led it. Yet most men think, vocalize and act on that very premise everyday in their professional careers.
Here is the place where you get to vocalize and strategize your ambition. The world needs women’s leadership. It needs your leadership. You’ll learn what is so often missed (something that I missed during my career). Title and money mean nothing without your joy, mental and physical health. The latter three are the success. Then the rest is easy icing on the cake.
FAQs
What are the B and C Suites?
In corporate parlance the B-Suite are middle level manager and executives. The C-Suite are senior leaders whom are usually making devisions that affect the whole company. The ultimate C-Suite leader is the CEO. However, for purposes of 1:1 coaching with me, you get to decide where your C-suite is, regardless of industry or sector. Your C-suite could be staying in your current role but desiring more integration of joy and health. It could be your goal of growing your own business’ influence. It could be becoming the head buyer or administrator at the store you work at. It could be something traditional like leading a company, firm, non-profit or an educational institution. It is whatever your current professional career goal may be, that is evidence of success as you define it.
What do you believe are the necessary components to get to the C-Suite?
Mental, physical and emotional health.
Genuine relationships with peers and colleagues inside and outside your industry and sector.
Joy in what you do and with whom you do it.
Consistent evidence of your thought leadership.
Transformation into a skilled generalist.
The ability to know how to read the balance sheet, understand where the money comes in and where it flows out, and how to increase it.
What do you mean when you say “making sure your joy, health & career journey coexist?”
What’s the point of obtaining any career goal if you’re miserable, your immediate family is miserable, and your emotional, physical and mental health are suffering? Despite what we may have been culturally fed, joy and health do not automatically come with title and money. Title and money can’t get you out of poor health. It is my firm belief that no-one is a success without joy and health. In 1:1 coaching sessions you’ll be asked to take a honest inventory of all these health components, as well as where you are professionally-and where you would like to be. From there we’ll craft a focused plan for your professional goals, as well as your joy and health goals. The discussion of joy and health is what makes my executive leadership coaching unique from others, and what is necessary in an ever increasing stressed out and disappointed world.
Why is 1:1 coaching signup only available for a limited time?
It’s important for me to be able to provide the proper focus for each woman who wants to be coached. Therefore, the amount of time sign-up is available, and number of clients is limited. However, coaching sign-up will remain available until requisite slots are full.
How often do you open 1:1 coaching sign-up?
Approximately 2-3 times per year. However, if the requisite number of coaching slots have not been filled, coaching sign-up will remain open.
